Three-phase inverter with GaN Systems’ GaN E-HEMT GS66508B. In addition, we are collaborating with GaN Systems to expand our global promotion.

Case 3: Integration of Products
High-frequency Reactor Evaluation System
The reactor evaluation system developmed by Bs&T embeds a pulse generator developed by Headspring. This system can evaluate the reactor characteristics in the same condition as actual situation by applying MHz class square-waves by GaN devices. Therefore, it enables innovative development of materials for wide range application. This system is highly regarded by one of European funds as a “Groundbreaking” technology.
