About our Company Name
Headspring means the source of a stream. We endeavor to be a team that, like the source of a stream, constantly creates something new. Another meaning of our name is a head with a spring, as illustrated by our logo. Springs can reduce impact and accumulate energy. We also accumulate internal energy through trial and error and then instantaneously release great force during the formulation of new ideas. Jump over the gap — We aim to benefit the society of the future by developing ideas that will help to overcome social inequalities, and technologies that will enhance human happiness.
Our Corporate Style
Headspring’s ideal corporate style, to use a musical analogy, is similar to jam sessions. Rather than relying on fixed divisions of labor within the organization, we would like our staff with different views to produce their own ideas in each case, and work together to achieve innovative solutions and maximal output.
We entrust people on site with almost all the tasks involved. Furthermore, we do not concern ourselves with the growth of our company. We instead closely collaborate with partners with whom we can make the most of our mutual strengths.
